Harry and Meghan Royal Wedding

A pure love

Last May, the Meghan and Harry couple formalized their union in the solemnity of Saint-George's chapel, like an enchanted break. We discover a pure, sincere love of two partners who do not leave each other's gaze. We also dream in front of the unique complicity between the two lovers, who also tell each other a few tender words during the ceremony, like Harry whispering to Meghan "You are wonderful". Their moving smiles touch us, and we perceive a serene, true, sincere atmosphere. Now Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the newlyweds were surrounded by their families, as can be seen on the official photos. The royal family, with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Parker-Bowles, but also William, Kate and their elders, George and Charlotte, and the other children close to the family. On the bride's side, only Meghan Markle's mother is present.

Other famous guests at the royal wedding

Some personalities who were already present at Kate and William's wedding in April 2011 were at Saint George's Chapel, like Elton John or the Beckham couple. Also present were George Clooney and Amal, Oprah Winfrey, James Blunt, Sofia Wellesley or even Serena Williams. We also fall under the spell of the actors of the series Suits, in which played the young bride Meghan, with the lawyers of the series Gabriel Macht and his wife Jacinda Barrett or even Patrick J Adams.

An elegant wedding dress

Like the wedding, Meghan's dress oscillated between class and elegance. By choosing the French brand Givenchy for her wedding dress, Meghan Markle has surprised the world. Signed Claire Waight Keller, artistic director of Givenchy, this refined white dress with a sober cut, worn close to the body and accompanied by a lace veil is simply sublime... Just like the American actress who got out of the car which led her to the chapel to the applause of the crowd. A 5-meter-long veil behind her, the young woman was helped by the children, including Little Prince George. The tiara of the bride is that of George V's wife.

The bride's second dress for the wedding reception was designed by Stella McCartney. Indeed, after the official and public ceremony, the festivities continued in a more intimate and discreet manner. The couple left Windsor Castle with class in a blue jaguar, Meghan in her sumptuous silk crepe dress with bare back and Harry in a tuxedo. The evening then took place less than a mile from the castle, in Frogmore House, a 17th century manor house in a magnificent and idyllic setting, and in bucolic and exquisite gardens, perfect for this refined union...

How to organize an elegant wedding?

Just like a royal wedding, opt for a wedding between elegance, class and purity. To that end, choose chic wedding outfits. For the bride, we prefer a white wedding dress made of lace and silk, simple and refined. If you are planning a retro wedding, and depending on the theme of your wedding, you can choose a vintage and classy wedding dress. The groom will opt for an elegant tuxedo that also matches the theme of the big day. The white dress embodies elegance, but you can bring a little touch of difference while remaining in the softness and purity of white, with pastel tones like pink, nude or cream, quite trendy. For your romantic and elegant wedding, place flowers on your tables, bet on simplicity (porcelain service, silver cutlery, etc.) and create a warm and cozy atmosphere, with small lights or candles. You can also imagine a rural and natural wedding full of elegance, with white, wood, slate, lace and suspended photophores...

The choice of your wedding announcement

Your wedding card announces the theme and quality of your union : premium quality paper, gold or silver hot-stamping, embossment, lace, satin ribbon, rhinestones, quilted, meticulous finish, are all very refined details and are of great importance to announce your wedding by mixing elegance, sobriety and concern for perfection.

The general trend of you theme can be rustic yet elegant : opt for our model decorated with a flowers watercolour and adorned with a linen cord.

Rustic wedding invitation : flowers watercolour/silky texture paper with linen

You may prefer our pure romantic powder pink card, with its roses and tassel.

Powder pink wedding invitation : Flower wreath/Silk white & grey tassel

Or choose a shabby chic annoucement, decorated with a generous mint green ribbon in genuine lace and its taupe-grey suede cord.

Shabby Chic Wedding Invitation : mint green lace/iridescent grey envelope

What about the wedding venue?

For an elegant wedding, choose a distinguished location such as an old building, a castle or an old residence. If you can, have very pleasant settings made of green and flowery gardens, where roses can be seen, peonies and other romantic flowers. Inside, we imagine a room with exposed stone, a glass roof or large glass walls for your chic and elegant wedding, a touch of luxury. Work on the decor to create "warm" areas where guests can wander freely, with small "spots" of refined decoration everywhere... Make your wedding a true fairy tale, unique, classy and dreamlike...
