After having received your products, you have 15 days to send us your order back. Your order will be replaced according to your choice and the availability of our products.



-We only take back wrapped products, in good selling condition

-This service does not apply to personalised products

-All products you want to return need to be carefully packed for transport


How can I return something?


  1. Please contact us per mail so we can inform you whether your order will be picked up or if you should send it.
  2. You can ask for an exchange, a gift certificate or a refund of your product, as indicated in our Terms & Conditions

Service and guarantees:

We at BestofCards do our utmost for our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by mail within ten days after ordering (or 15 days after your reception date if your order is delayed) and we will do our best to offer you a suitable solution.

If your order turns out to be damaged, please contact our customer service team by email as soon as possible.


Delays: Depending on the hour of ordering and the sufficiency of our stock, your cards will be dispatched and delivered between 3-5 working days. 

-Track & Trace: You will be able to check the whereabouts of your order on the website of our transporter.

-Reception: Your order will be handed to you personally by our transporter service. If you happen to be absent upon delivery, you will be notified in writing. You can pick up your order at a nearby post office or collecting point.

-Exceptions: We do not deliver PO boxes, mail boxes, postal army areas or incomplete addresses.

If you are residing a “lieu-dit”, a hamlet or a neighborhood without street indication, we kindly ask you to fill in as much as information possible that might be useful for a successful delivery (description of residence i.e.)

If you live in a building for which an entrance code is needed, please make sure to indicate it with your address.

Your payment will take place in a highly secured and crypted area (Cyberplus), provided by our bank. Your payment details will not be registered nor recognized by our website.

Your card will be debited right before the shipment of your order.
